PageStorm AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating, editing, and publishing landing pages. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including landing pages, text, images, and brand assets you upload.
License to Us: You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain harmful material.

Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days' notice.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.
Price Changes: We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Pages generated by our AI are provided "as-is." While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing.
Our Brand Intelligence feature crawls publicly available URLs that you provide. You represent that you have the right to use the brand elements extracted from those URLs. We are not responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from your use of this feature.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by PageStorm AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageStorm AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
